When Josh Kingston was a kid, he was a king in his own little world. His parents always called him King Joshy or Joshy the King. But then Josh grew up. And now he has to face moving to a new school, where he certainly is no king.

I thought I knew Josh Newman. The stubborn crackhead, who was my best friend in 5th grade, we finally meet up again and become more than friends. But, by the time I do figure out who Josh is, he's already gone.

This is a poem I wrote for my grandmother after she passed away.

Maganda? Hindi. Mayaman? Hindi. Mataas? Hindi. Kung ang basehan lang nang mga tao kung ano ang maganda, talagang di sya pasado. Pero sya ang gusto kong mapangasawa, sya ang gusto kong maging nanay sa magiging anak ko. At sya ang gusto kong ipakilala sa mga magulang ko Pero sadyang mapaglaro ang tadhana, bakit ko nga ba sya nagawang pakawalan? I was too bumptious for her, I wasn't perfect for him, pero sa lahat nang babaeng nakilala ko. Sya lang ang nagpapakatotoo Kung di ko lang talaga sya pinakawalan I could've been the happiest right now. --- All rights reserved.
