Baudouin IV, the young king of Jerusalem, to many known as 'the Leper King'. He never thought about marriage, given his condition, but as the tension in his court grows and the pressure for a successor gets more, his advisor and former teacher William of Tyre suggest to give marriage a second thought. So Baudouin sends out word in an last act of desperation. And Emperor Friedrich I. Barbarossa sees a chance for a stronger alliance and influence in the Holy Land and demands his cousin's oldest daughter to become queen of Jerusalem. So at only eighteen she has to adjust to a new land, new culture and to be seperated from her family. But will Lady Judinta be able to love a leper like she is supposed to love her husband? Not to forget the political tensions and threats, in court as well as right infront of the kingdoms borders.

This is an AU story in which Holy Roman Empire and Chibitalia never actually meet, but Holy Rome sends letters to Italy throughout the course of about a year and half or so, but who's counting? Even though he sends a grand total of 23(24 if you count the last one) Italy never responds until HRE is ready to give up.

A long time ago, a peasant girl fell in love with Holy Roman Empire; however, he loved Italy. After her death, he writes a series of letters to his friend, apologizing for everything.

Hearth is a story set in a fictionalized medieval Europe. The continent in turmoil. The Mongol Empire is invading from the East, and the Ottomans come with their allies from the South in a Jihad for the Sultan. In the midst of it all, the troubled Holy Roman Empire struggles to survive. Plagued by strife, treason, and royal intrigue, the diffrent Lords of the Empire must come together for the sake of Rome, or else face destruction. DISCALIMER: While technically an Alternative History story, this will not focus on real medival history. Instead, it will portray relations between countries through their Monarchs. In short, don't expect this to be very focused on realism, as it's more about the story of the characters then the realism of the setting.

This is basically where I'm going to write backstories for the characters in my countryhumans AU, and requests are open if you want to know more about another countryhuman's backstory. Holy Roman Empire re-unites with Italy

As the dream faded, and darkness appeared, I cried in my sleep. This was the fifth time this week I had done this. I barely got any sleep and Germany's daily routine health runs, weren't even keeping me up to my happy go-to self. I sniffled; wiping off the rest of my dried up tears, and curling up under the thin covers. I don't know what has gotten into me, but I feel as if every time I'm day dreaming...every time I'm sleeping... I see him. I see Holy Roman Empire... But why?

Elizabeth is the eldest daughter and heiress of the wealthy Archduke of Austria. Her uncle, the Emperor Frederik III of the Holy Roman Empire, suddenly decides to send his three eldest nieces to England, to show his respect to the new king, against their father's wish.
