What if Germany could remember that he as been all his life with Italy?

This is an AU story in which Holy Roman Empire and Chibitalia never actually meet, but Holy Rome sends letters to Italy throughout the course of about a year and half or so, but who's counting? Even though he sends a grand total of 23(24 if you count the last one) Italy never responds until HRE is ready to give up.

One day Italy finds himself thinking about Holy rome and how he left... then how he might not have.

Germany had just found out...Prussia told him how he was Holy Rome and suddenly memories came back....and now he plans to complete something he promised years ago but will Italy react well? Or has the years of being strict and mean turn the innocent man into a cold blooded killer?

France is sick of all the fighting in meetings and realizes none of the nations really know each other as well as they think they do. He thought maybe if the nations know more about each other's secrets and feelings, they might get along more often. So with the help of the ancients who surprisingly agreed with him and said they will help he stole the country's diaries. Will all the secrets mean good and help? Or will some make the country's realize their expectation about other nations are totally different from who they actually are? Will this really work and make everyone understand each other more...?
