The war only started less than a year ago, but it raged across the world, leaving desolation in its wake. Any survivors huddle in groups, only leaving to scavenge or seek new shelters. All anyone ever knows anymore is the daily assurances from the government that the fighting will be over soon. But no one believes that anymore.
