I poem that I wrote while I was in the drowning in homesickness. It's not that special really, we had to write a poem in Language Arts and this is what I came up with. I got inspiration from the homesickness I was feeling that day.

The reason why I wrote this story is because I went through a rough move. I hope my story reaches out to every teen or child that has difficulties living in their new country. I also made the story so that people that have not experienced a huge and difficult move can understand what it is like in case you have a classmate or a friend that has, so you can understand them a bit better. My story is about a girl named Lisa and her experiences with moving across the world. She lived in San Diego, but shortly after her eleventh birthday her parents decided to move to Denmark. She meets a lot of difficult situations on the journey of learning how to fit in.
