"I hope they found the missing kid." "Missing kid? What missing kid? My phone never gave me an Amber Alert." "The one on the news that went missing from last night's Mardi Gras Party. Tsk! Would it kill you to watch it sometimes?" Every Mardi Gras, a monster is known to wander into the first Mardi Gras party. The monster draws one kid away from the party and takes their form. Using the kid's body, the monster lurks around parades to kill off any victim if finds during parades. One unlikely group of friends during a parade on the route of Saint Charles accidentally finds this monster.
