It had been 6 months since the events in Wonderland happened. Everything is back to normal....well almost normal. Chloe has found herself falling for Max. She knows she shouldn't because he turned her evil but she knows she can't be mad at him because her and Red did ruin his life even if they hadn't meant to. All that crumbles down when Chloe and Max are paired up for the dragon games. What will Chloe do? Will she make it through without embarrassing herself? Does Max like her too? Will the dragon games push them closer or further apart? What will happen when royalty meets hardship and hardship meets royalty? Chloe will find out soon.

Max Hatter arrives at Auradon Prep looking to leave his life with his father in Wonderland. However, as soon as he gets out of one trouble, he gets into another. He meets and falls in love with Luis Madrigal, but discovers that Red of Hearts also wants the Madrigal boy's love. In order to win, Max allies with Chloe-who has feelings for Red-to distance Red from Luis, but their plan fails: Red rejects Chloe, triggering a rivalry between Max and Red to win Luis over. Ever wanted to prove somebody wrong? Well, that's exactly what VK'S will do! Max, Hazel, the Smees, Felix, & Ade are tired of everyone just assuming that they're these "bad kids" (well, they are.....), so, they make a plan to prove them wrong. By making music! Little do the VK'S know, another band has just started right along side them! (This description made me cringe. Can you tell I tried to write it like Disney?)
