Ciara Brady had been in a coma for a year, leaving her family and friends anxiously awaiting her awakening. When she finally regained consciousness, she was stunned by the myriad changes that had occurred in Salem during her absence.

Chelsea is still in London with Max taking care of her mom Billie when after a year of being away from Salem Billie makes a complete recovery and wants to go back to Salem when Chelsea gets a call from Daniel about Bo being back in the hospital. Will this situation be what brings together two former flames back to where it all began and make them realize they're connection is still there and will Daniel finally tell Chelsea how he really feels about her.
