[Kamen Rider Gotchard x Cardcaptor Sakura Crossover!] After Houtarou create new world for Chemy, the world is peaceful again until a dark portal suck Chemy to another world leaving Hopper1 and Steamliner alone. Houtarou sense something wrong until Kaguya arrive and told him that someone did it. Kaguya and Houtarou look for the successor and they found Kotaro Ichiro who is a fan of Kamen Rider Gotchard and Anime. Then Steamliner took Kotaro before land in the New World and meet Kaguya and Houtarou. They explain that something beyond than Dark King is took Chemy and find 101 Chemy as Kotaro accept it and save Chemy. He land in the world of Cardcaptor Sakura and team up with Sakura to find Chemy Cards and Glow Cards.
