Anne lives in a small town in California, and there aren't as many cops as there should be, at least not as many as there are clowns. Slowly, Anne starts to hear voices in her head and thinks she's going insane. Will the clowns forever haunt her, in her thoughts, in her dreams, and in her SOUL, or will she find away to escape?
