This is a sequel to "A Dark Legend From Jorvik". 5 years later; life seems to have gotten back to normal for Kendra, Sandra, and Erik. But the dust has only settled for a moment. Gunnar Thrymson, better known as Galloper Thompson, has returned with his Ferrymare, Morrigan, to Jorvik. Despite having his head back, Gunnar thinks that he is missing fragments of his memories. He hopes to revisit locations that are important to his past and find these missing fragments. Perhaps he doesn't have to look further than into the history of his descendants...

The flames of dread burns through land, a catastrophe the island cannot withstand. Lava flooding from Earth's veins, washing up bodies of the slain. The light will be snuffed out, replacing hope with endless doubt. Screams of dread heard miles away, the apocalypse cannot be delayed. Oceans roar with endless fury, swallowing humans' pride and glory. At the last equinox of the exsisting day, five fearless soul riders will make the darkness pay. Gliding forward on horseback and acting as one, they will bring Jorvik back its warm July sun. Banishing darkness and all of the gloom, sending Garnok to its tomb. Led by a rider and horse with endless potential, their presence in the battle is upmost essential. Restoring Jorvik's past reputation, and bringing back together the well-loved nation.
