Hosuh, an art nerd with plenty of social anxiety, is outed at school and goes to the internet to try and get some help. From his new online friend and perhaps crush, Psycho, he is able to go to a new school and try to live a better life. Stephen, a narcissistic boy with a shitpost of a tumblr blog called ActuallyPsycho, is currently struggling with making enough money to care for both his brother and himself.
