IN WHICH, a government trained hero who rarely fails his missions, slips up and lets a vigilante get away. They meet again while fighting the same villain, and it turns out that they make a pretty decent team. Hotguy learns the vigilante who he'd later nickname "cuteguy" was mostly just misunderstood and really not that bad of a guy. However the only issue is that hotguy still remains government owned, ultimately indicating he is forced to follow instructions no matter the circumstances. (I am not shipping the irl people.)
