When 17 year old Annabelle faces an ice twister, it threatens to destroy her town, and maybe the world. It is up to a group of storm chasers to stop the icy twister, or will they die trying. Annabelle and her friends are running for their lives, while the storm chasers die one by one, by the frozen tornado.
