Message to Readers: All my life, I struggled with loving myself. I struggled with wanting to be accepted and loved by others, which led to people pleasing and having separation anxiety and fits of jealousy. Not anymore... Once that is done, accept yourself for who you are, then do the things your intuition tells you to change or improve. Evolving is a lifelong journey, and time is an illusion. So, don't let time or people rush you to master your purpose in life. This book is dedicated to all the women around the world fighting to emerge from the wet soils of trauma. Living life unhealed from trauma isn't easy, and it is unhealthy. Trauma can lead to mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, suicide, and so much more. Trauma and life experiences can hold you back in every aspect of your life if you let it!
