We all know the fox like girl from district 5 foxface carnev, but we havent heard her little sister tarny before, now have we? in my last book about foxface she wasnt mentioned, but that dosent mean she wasnt there though. about three years back, tarny wasnt eligible to be reaped as she was to young. but this year she is 12 and its her first reaping, and maybe her last.
