In "Rhaenyra The Golden" I promised only one-shots and a break from this fandom, but I am a dirty liar. I swear this happens every single time I start writing House of the Dragon fic. I sit down with one clear idea in mind, fully convinced I know where the story is going, and somehow I end up with two. The same thing happened with "The Rogue Prince Come Again" and "HIMYF - Targaryen Edition", so at this point I really should know better than to fight it. So far, we've wandered through Dorne, Driftmark, the Stepstones, the North, and even Yi Ti. And now-whether I like it or not-we're heading into my least favorite region of all: the Riverlands. I have complaints. Many of them. But the story demanded it, and I've learned that arguing rarely works. This fic is me unapologetically playing cupid, rearranging pieces, and indulging a little too hard in character dynamics. Somewhere along the way, I also circled right back to my Sims tendencies, because apparently I cannot help myself when it comes to orchestrating the chaos that is Westeros. During that time she became very close to Laenor and Laena and to Joffrey aswell but only platonic. in 116 AC when Rhaenyra arrived with her father, the king and the first moment Calissa saw her, she knew she was falling for her.
