Elizabeth ground her teeth and then let out a long sigh. I looked over and saw the midwife holding my child, that was crying and squirming. She wrapped my baby in a blue blanket and handed him to Elizabeth. She cooed and shook his little hand. “Hello James” Elizabeth said quietly. Her face began to contort in pain once again. “What’s happening Papa?” asked a distressed Victor. I looked at the midwife. “She’s having twins” she said. This is the story of the Howlett family and how Wolverine, Sabretooth and their siblings became the people they are known as currently.

Kathleen Erskine is different; She was born with mutations that no one (at the time) would understand. After moving from Nazi occupied Germany to escape the wrath of HYDRA leader Schmidt, her and her father begin working with the US Army to construct a serum from Kathleen's mutations. Her father's original hopes for the serum were to advance medicine and create vaccines for multiple diseases, but instead he finds himself constructing a weapon. Injecting a being with this serum would enhance their nature, make them stronger, bigger, and better - An army of these super humans would be used to take out HYDRA, and ultimately win the war. The Colonel wanted an Army. He got Steve Rogers.

Logan said it was to protect them, what he didn't say was he was protecting them from his brother. When Elanor turned eleven she is sent a letter accepting her to Hogwarts.
