Waterfall Downs is a beautiful, scenic and picturesque place where stunning, fast flowing waterfalls stream from a craggy hillside into a river with rushing rapids that ebbs and flows swiftly with the ever changing currents of the wild river. Underneath where the waterfalls glide down the hillside there is a large cavernous cave that goes deep into the hillside above it. Strange echoing growling and howling noises had been heard coming from the cave underneath the waterfall for quite some time now but noone had dared to find out what was making them. It was said in local folklore and legend that there was a mysterious creature that lived in the cave underneath Waterfall Downs. One that took on a huge creepy canine form but so far no one had had the courage to find out what it was that lingered and lurked there beneath Waterfall Downs ...............
