So... Yeah. After watching Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro, I just felt a super strong urge to just write about it (Somehow it lets me re live the movie experience, in a way). Feel free to request (I'll try to watch ALL Ghibli movies as soon as I can)

Lilith (Lily) is Markl's older sister. She went to Madame Suliman's and became a pupil for her, just when Howl had done the same thing at the same time. Lilith had helped Howl with the castle he had planned to build. When Howl and Lilith finished being Madame Suliman's pupils, they spent 5 years being normal people. They had two shops, which were portals. On Markl's 7th birthday, Lilith asked Howl if he would take Markl under his wing and make Markl his pupil. Here's their story.

A story of Howl and Y/N. Y/N loses someone very dear to her and is forced to find Howl the wizard. When she does find him, he agrees to give her a place at his castle. Soon, Y/N starts feeling a part of their family. But would she be able to handle all that is thrown her way during her stay at the castle? Or would she falter? Will her heart soften and grow a place for the young wizard? Or would she remain closed off to him? Read to find out!! This is very change from the original story of the Howl's Moving Castle both from the anime and the book. On a lonely day in the hat shop, Sophie Hatter sits down and writes a book in which magic doesn't exist. In which the Witch of the Waste doesn't frighten people. In which Howl is just a normal person like everyone else. Meanwhile, Howl is sitting in his castle, writing a book in which he never became a wizard. In which he was a normal, blonde, beautiful boy. What if a little magic isn't so bad, though? Sophie begins to find chapters that she didn't write in her book, and Howl's chapters keep disappearing. Maybe the magic bringing these two together isn't so bad after all.

I decided to write a book of short stories and such just about what happened after everyones spell was broken and they all get to live happily ever after. It'll have different perspectives from both the movie and the book, hope you enjoy :)

Howl's Moving Castle AU in which Howl goes to a hat shop in hopes that its resident Hatter will break his curse. TW: NA. Words: 5550. Updates on Sundays irregularly. The Witch of the Waste has caught up to Howl, forcing him to come to the realization that the best way to escape her is breaking his curse. He takes up residence in Sophie's hat shop where he spends his days hiding from the Witch, dropping hints on curse-breaking, and learning the ails of retail.
