You've been lost in the Wastes for days until a familiar mechanical castle stops right where you are. Long story short, you're working as a cleaner alongside the old woman Sophie, endlessly sweeping the wizard Howl's castle. One day, he comes running down with multi coloured hair, obviously distressed over the 'hideous' hair colour; what will you do?

A story of Howl and Y/N. Y/N loses someone very dear to her and is forced to find Howl the wizard. When she does find him, he agrees to give her a place at his castle. Soon, Y/N starts feeling a part of their family. But would she be able to handle all that is thrown her way during her stay at the castle? Or would she falter? Will her heart soften and grow a place for the young wizard? Or would she remain closed off to him? Read to find out!! This is very change from the original story of the Howl's Moving Castle both from the anime and the book.
