It's hard trying to survive the past.
It's hard trying to survive the future, too.
All they want is to go back to their own time.
The time where you could ghost someone with the press of a button. The time where you had to work piss-awful jobs during colledge, knowing that you would have to live with college debt for forever, and expensive bills that would have to be paid.
The time where anyone was of interest.
The time where everything had a high and a low.
They miss that time, despite all the negatives that out-weigh the positives.
They miss that, but now?
They hate the Past, and they hate the Future.
But with just a book that has no answers and with too many questions too begin with, it's hard not to give up.
They are two strangers to one another, and all they've got is eachother, stuck in between the past and the future, always managing to make it to one time, but never their own.
Never the present.
They're trapped in a mindless game, and there's only one way out.
That one way out would cause them blood, sweat, and alot of tears.
Alot of heartbreak and longing.
It might even cause them death, it all just depends what time they're in, and the decisions they make.
