    This is basically just a reminder for me and a space for me to look back at when I achieve my weight loss goal ;). I will jot down what I kinda eat and do during the day to work towards it. Also sharing "knowledge" that may help others . (Don't worry I prioritize my health first always) A journey to self-confidence, self-love and... croptops 😜 P.S if you think that talk about weight loss may trigger you, this may not be recommended.
