It's the anniversary of Holy Rome's "disappearance" and the memories and childhood Italy has tried so hard to forget is resurfacing. Can our favorite Italian take the pain again?

Germany has been having strange dreams of his past. Making him the most uneasy he has ever been. Italy, still has his heart set on the sheer hope that his young love, Holy Rome will return to him. Everything is fine between the German and Italian until one day Germany collapses, causing him to forget everything, or remember things he's forgotten. Holy Rome (Germany's younger memories) return and Italy and HRE reunite but, is the love between them still there or is Italy truly in love with the present Germany? Disclaimer: I give all characters in Hetalia credit to the wonderful creator. All I claim is the fangirly feels I have for this storyline. Note: I'm one of the people who believe the fandom Germany is HRE! As to what this story is about. Sorry if its too much feels.
