It takes a place iin History Strongest Disciple Kenichi's universe, with some change. This story set a fictional "Harachi" town (or, the size its more like tokyo), where martial artist live. There rings, where the different "ranked" peoples live. The "staff" peoples (farmers, workers) the outer rings, disciples the first middle ring, Masters the inner middle ring, grand master and stronger are the city centre (which is a big park). That the place where Malai Wongsawat, disciple of Apachai Hopachai want to settle down. But its get a rough start when she pick a fight o n her first day...
