Family can be complicated. Varra was a dragon rider. And a good one at that. Yet she sometimes felt like she didn't belong. Not just because she wasn't a Berkian by blood, though that didn't help. Past all the disapproving stares and pitying glances, she felt like there was something, or even someone, waiting for her. Little did she know that now, in the Great Beyond, she was about to meet the Grimborn brothers, and her life was about to get a lot more interesting. Hiccup Haddock had so many reasons to become a villain. In this story, which i'd like to call a parallel universe, he ran away from Berk and became the most dangerous guy in the archipelago. He grew tired of not living up to his expectations, and when he shot down Toothless, he made a decision to leave Berk for good and run away with the dragons. (WARNING : This is just my idea for a story cuz I've been DYING to see a Villain Hiccup AU. Also sorry for grammar mistakes if any happen, english isn't my first language and I'm trying to improve it as much as I can)

Merida was thinking of her old friend hiccup and when she asked her dad what happened to him, they get back in touch and send a letter to have hiccup and Stoick come to DunBroch. (Btw I'm going to have Stoick be alive) Valka has been presumed dead for years but since the events to httyd 2 shes now in hiccups life. The DunBroch family don't know Valka since when they knew Stoick they just knew he was a single father. But when Valka hears Elinor's name and that she is Norwegian it reminds her to much of her younger sister who she hasn't seen since she was 14. When they all meet up Valka realizes Elinor is her younger sister. Know how will they react after not seeing each other in years and Elinor thinking her sister was dead all these years and not knowing where she was.
