Y/n's past hasn't always been the easiest. She was left an orphan at about 1 month old after one of the dragon raids left both her parents dead. Her mom's best friend, Valka, took her in without hesitation. Stoic and Valka became Y/n's adoptive parents. Y/n doesn't let her past stop her from being kind, smart, sweet, and loyal. It's been five years since (Y/N) and Toothless successfully united dragons and vikings on the island of Berk. While Astrid, Hiccup and the rest of the gang are challenging each other to dragon races (the island's new favorite contact sport), the now inseparable pair journey through the skies, charting unmapped territories and exploring new worlds. When one of their adventures leads to the discovery of a secret ice cave that is home to hundreds of new wild dragons and the mysterious Dragon Rider, the two friends find themselves at the center of a battle to protect the peace. ( I was inspired by another story based off Sand wraiths and a tuffnut x oc story along w/ the wing maidens, also I wanted to make something so that it makes more sense that the riders know of deathgrippers )

Y/n was part of the training group Hiccup was in. They watched as everyone bullied and insulted him, calling him a weaking and an outcast. You watched the way the Cheif acted around or to Hiccup through brief interactions.
