In 1989, when Y/n L/n finally scored a job as a "Playcare caretaker assistant" at the infamous toy company Playtime co., they made it their mission to make sure every child at Playtimes orphanage got the care they deserved before sending them out to the warm embrace of a new family. Half a year swept by like it were a mere few days, but to Y/n and the children they took care of, those days were filled with hours of building trust, joyous laughter, and fun. However, Y/n slowly started suspecting what the company was so determined to hide, which resulted in Leith Pierre firing them before they got too far. Ten years later, Y/n received a strange letter in front of their doorstep with disheveled handwriting saying: "Everyone thinks the staff disappeared 10 years ago. We're still here. Find the flower."

Receiving a note and a VHS Tape regarding a certain abandoned toy factory, Chronos Mysteries Agency co-founders Aeon and Mumbly travel to August, 2005 to investigate. Joining an ex-employee who came to the factory on their own reasons, the duo travel through the factory, learning what happened on the way through the factory. However, as they distinguish the difference between allies and enemies, the bigger question remains: what happened to the children during the Hour of Joy? And can any of the experiments be saved, or are they doomed to perish for something out of their control?

Cece knew for a fact that something was wrong when she got a letter from her brother's old job. It said that the employees were still there, that they needed help. Playtime Co. had shut down for unknown reasons. Her brother had been fired anyways, so why were they requesting help from him, of all people? What if the employee was a doctor there? But with a special place to the shadows in the abandoned factory of playtime.... This is a fanfiction, you role play in the beginning as a doctor called Elizabeth Walker. Also this is somewhat of a Harley X reader in the beginning when you roleplay as her. However, once you found out about the big bodies initiative, you immediately quit horrified at the prospect that disobeying employees along with children were being experimented. After 10 different jobs, you decided to take a break But then you got a letter saying to come back to the factory and find the flower. What you didn't know was that the toys had planned for you to come back for a long time and Poppy was the ringleader behind it all.
