A re-imagination of the Philippine-Visayan mythology when the folk gods and goddesses of "Kahilwayan" (Liberty) battle the forces of "Kadudulman" (Darkness) to maintain the balance of Reality through the chosen champions of "Katawhan" (Humanity), who were gifted with "Pamlang", the powers of the gods and goddesses. Will the champions of Katawhan defeat the forces of Kadudulman, and succeed in their quest to maintain the balance of Reality?

Once you become born again, avoid the temptations of backsliding. In the present world, temptations abound; everywhere you go, it is now left for you as a true believer to resist such temptations. Do not become an enemy of yourself; meditate on the word regularly when you notice you are treading the wrong path. Look up to God, and painstakingly avoid looking up to man. Resist any attempt to backslide by anyone; it could be your friends, your colleagues at your place of work, your relations, or anyone close to you. Be steadfast. Hosea 11:7

A short short oxymoron

This is a really short story, a bit unfinished, of my opinion on human beings.

She's a girl. That has rich parents. But doesn't seem to fit in with her family. She finds out a secret about her family and one of her best friend. Other weird mysteries are going on with her other best friend. She's wants and is determine to do anything just to find out. She on an adventure are you going or not. ( This story is written in both her diary point of view and a narrative point of view)

This story is about Jade, a 17 years old girl who feels as if she doesn't belong in this society and tries to fit in with humans.

As I go along in the toughest and darkest moments in my life, poetry has served as my friend to lean on. Each time I'm bearing with me the weight of my emotions, doubts, fears and my anxieties, I'll grab my pen and paper and tell it through poetry or just lull myself to sleep at night. Having no one I can trust the most than my self and whimper about without judgement, was the hardest part and most painful truth that I have faced and dealt with. Every line depicts my emotions and every poem I've written is a part of my soul, so please respect each one of them and never steal them from me for I do not want to go on with my life with an incomplete soul; or I'll chase you to life to get my soul back for it is my healer. To the art of poetry, thank you! Thank you for helping me. Thank you for being there for me, thank you for being my only ear and most importantly, thank you for saving me. To those who are dealing the same condition like mine, it's okay. It's okay to not feel okay. Find your healer and you will get through it in the most unexpected days of your life. The galactic equator, that is the center line across our Milky Way Galaxy, measures 300,000 light years or 9.223x10 to the power of 18 feet. If we were to design the perfect space mission able to take us from one side to another even our great great great grandchildren would not live to see the end of just our solar system. The universe is vast, ever expanding, and as far as we know infinite. Yet here we are, living beings who live and love. It is no wonder we put ourselves at the center of the universe, as the finish line of universal evolution. But there's so much knowledge to earn, so much nature undiscovered. Galactic Equator: A Collection of Poems explores our nature and place in the universe through rhythm and rhymes. Each poem is carefully created in meditation and passion. Discover between the lines of universal verses a personal outlook on life, the universe, and what has yet to come.

If you view the world around you, you notice that humans are cruel, selfish, and are not very intelligent. Humans can be considered a terrible species. However, humans are still capable of doing something that is very powerful. Humans can believe. Humans have their own special traits, and Riyo (meaning Lion) knew that. He looks around at the strange beings around him and noticed that he has a meaning in life. The job to influence others and keep them in high spirits, all while fighting invaders that use and share an unknown technology.

The world is ending. We are the destroyers. Surrounded by machines. Plagiarized by evil human beings, comparing our selves to one another. Young teenagers criticizing their every flaw following deep tunnels of depression. Young adults drowning in chemicals that poison their bodies and only temporarily numb the pain. Older generations shaking heads as they are thankful that they will not need to stick around much longer. The world is ending and we are watching it crumble to pieces. Fuel to a fire, propane to heat, people to ashes, grass to skyscrapers. We are the generation of destroyers. We are the destroyers of all generations.
