One hundred and seventy-nine years ago, SHIPSH was founded - an international organization created by twenty-nine nations with the official purpose of studying, containing, and regulating the so-called superhumans. Born after centuries of brutal wars triggered by the emergence of Quenz, SHIPSH promised absolute neutrality above borders, governments, and political interests. But that promise was never entirely true. Everything began 240 years before its foundation, when an unknown phenomenon known as the Event of Light struck the Earth. After the impact, humans began manifesting impossible abilities. The world entered an era of violent transformation. Within just a decade, the first of nine global wars between humans and superhumans erupted. The result was devastating. Entire nations disappeared. Ecosystems collapsed. The very structure of civilization was rewritten under the fear of power. To control this new world, SHIPSH was created. But over time, it evolved beyond a balance-keeping institution and became a global force with political, military, and scientific influence. Superhumans began to be classified, controlled, or eliminated. The world was no longer divided by nations - but by levels of power.
