We used to live happily. But then everything changed. the world turned as cold as ice. The dessert was frozen. The ground was hard. The sun was gone. Without the warmth and light of the sun survival on earth became hard. We learned to survive the harsh circumstances. We didn't just survive, we thrived. The human race became stronger, smarter, better than before. But along the way we lost ourselves. We pushed the ones we loved away, we created a human race that had almost no emotions, no love.

This futuristic short story about what could happen, if people just focus on their needs and wants first. With the end result of almost pushing the human race onto the brink of extinction. That is, until science and government step in . . .

For centuries humankind has been known as the dominant species. We've destroyed our ecosystem, ruined climate change. We've lost all hope for humanity, death rates at an all time high. We've domesticated animals, locked them up, killed them for sport, ate them for nourishment. Mutated our plants and vegetation with genetically modified chemicals. But what if all across the world the animals, the climate, the plants decided no more.. what if they finally decided to bite back...

A small town out in the countryside called Amber valley, lives a young girl by the name of Luna. She has no friends rather has no social skills, since her parents are constantly fighting and has a father that is constantly abusing. The only thing that keeps her going is drawing. The first day of fourth grade starts a new kid in class by the name of Isak. No one really likes him because he has a different skin color than them. Some would call his kind black. But when he is seated with a girl who has only interest in drawing then shaming him because he's black, they quickly grow a friendship. They both come from different households, but their dream is quite similar.

In a place where the world is wrecked by non-human life forms how are three people supposed to survive. By chance James Andrew, Samuel Gale, and Ashley Smith found themselves in the right spot at the right time. But how are you supposed to live in a bunker with barley enough food for a week? Aliens are real the world had decided too late as mythical creatures run the Earth maybe humans won't be the dominant species anymore.

Hey guys. I'm starting this book on November 21st, 2020, but I figured why not start working on this now? The world is falling apart a bit, but lets all stick together and talk about issues without name calling! This will be a journal-style of MY OPINIONS on different views. I will always do my research before stating anything here, and if I haven't done enough research or am unsure about the source, then I will make this clear. If you find anything to be false throughout this book you are always welcome to comment and/or message me and I will ask for a source of your own and adjust my views accordingly. If you'd like to see my own sources then message me and I will give you what I have kept track of. I may consider creating a Padlet with my sources and sharing this with everyone if this blogpost/book gets enough views.

Inspired by: alien stage, hunger games, squid games On Nex Krones 19th birthday, after the picnic, and the fun. Nex is drawn to the woods by a shadowy figure. Waking up in a stadium or institute of some sort, she nods up having to participate in some sort of races, where she's put with other humans and bet on by humanoid figures. Stuck in this hell she meets a childish spirit, trying to free herself from the never ending cycle.
