When eighteen-years-old Tim Zuckerman is cornered by some bullies and beaten up until he blacks out, he wakes up in a place called the Hive. The Hive is the beating heart of a world he never knew existed, and most importantly, he never knew he was supposed to be a part of. A world where people can turn into animals. And now he's standing in the eye of the storm; he's both in more danger than he's ever been in before-and definitely way more danger than he can handle-and he's walked into the truth and is finding in it a new side to his life he wouldn't have dared to dream about before.
