this is a fan fanfic where not only is Vincent a murderer but so is Lucifer. They're both humans, BTW. So, like Lucifer only targets rapists and children predators and other horrible human beings. Takes place in 1931 where Lucifer is 35 and Vincent is 33 and just starting to murder higher ups.
