The angel loved the woods and he loved the sky.One night the Angel didn't come down. the human didn't think anything of it since it was only one night. But he didn't show up the next night either. Or the next or the next. He just stopped coming down to earth.The human got worried and just stopped showing up outside she didn't care anymore she would spend her nights crying. One night the angel showed up in the humans room. Why didn't he show up the other nights?Does he still love me?Is he stressed?Does he hate me?The human had so many questions.And the angel would answer them all.

An angel falls for a mortal and grants her immortality. This doesn't sit right with the other angels so she is thrown out of heaven and becomes a fallen angel. Her new goal: build a relationship with her new companion.

Easy right? Onyx had been assigned to Louisiana, specifically Baton Rouge. Onyx had planned to just exist among humans, act as one and blend in. It sounded so much simpler in Onyx's head. Alexander "Red" Beauradox thought he had life pretty well. Working as a radio host, he liked to consider himself a well liked person with an easy life. That is, until he found a strange man standing in his backyard claiming to be an Angel sent by God. Reluctantly offering Onyx a place to stay, Red quickly discovers that living with an angel isn't as peaceful as the Bible makes it sound. Onyx is confused by just about everything-sleep, slang, segregation-and his curiosity knows no bounds.
