Anastasia and Matthew had been friends for years now, but when Matt finally invites her to his band's show and afterparty, she falls head over heels for the lead singer, not wanting to give in to her feelings, let alone tell her best friend that she has fallen in love with his bandmate. Despite her worries, there's no doubt that there's a spark between them, but perhaps she's been blind to see that someone else has eyes for her. This is an Alex Turner / Arctic monkeys fanfic and my first proper story on this platform and I'll be releasing it chapter-by-chapter. Hope you enjoy :)

Which version of Alex Turner do you love? The scruffy, wavy-haired, incoherent-mumbling boy from Sheffield? Or the arrogant, sunglasses-wearing, gelled-quiff, hips-like-Elvis (hyperbole), drug-induced, dreamy man that's always living it up in Los Angeles and New York? Do you love both? Then why pick?! Both are in this story as two seperate people! :D I know you're nearly jumping out of your pants right now, but just keep 'em on for a short sec... theres always somebody taller with more of a wit & hes equipped to enthrall her & her friends think hes fit & you just cant measure up though you dont have a prayer wishin that youd made the most of her when she was there For both Alex Turner and Lucius Larey it was agonizing. And nothing eased the pain. Alex's music career of promiscuity and intoxication and roadtrips and lots of heartbroken lyrics wasn't distracting him and Lucius's passion for photography and painting, even though he'd sit by the beach for hours on end and could find comfort in sketching the setting, was no consolation. Because you know... The horizon tries, but it's just not as kind on the eyes, as Arabella.

I lied. It isn't epic. But you should probably know why it's titled that. A skirmish spawns in the monster world between the Entbrat's and the Drumpler's for the Plant Island. After Drumpler is defeated Rare Wubbox goes on a quest to repair all of the islands after the event of the first War of Wubbox. (Who we'll just call Rare in the story for convenience) But he gets kidnapped 😳 who did it? Well obviously the Epic Wubboxes. Now the Epic Wubboxes have overtook the natural islands and it's up to the Epic variants of the monsters to save the day, but will they be successful? And are they really needed? Also this one isn't just about the single elementals so don't worry.

This story takes place after Voltron saved the universe and sadly after Alluras time. The first Christmas back on earth for the team and something just doesn't feel right with Lance. Lance begins to become the Christmas grinch, but why? One team member sees this and tries to bring the old Lance back. what becomes of Lance and what happens with christmas?
