When he is taken to a Seer on his eighteenth just like every other boy in his generation, he is told that in order to find his soul-mate, he must travel back in time to his fathers' time, or else, not only will his soul-mate die at his own hands, the very world that he knows will cease to exist. Even when he dismisses his quest to find his true love to help his "uncle" Dave find the person he is with in the future, he doesn't stop searching, not really. You never stop searching once you begin your quest for true love. I don't own Glee!
