finnick odair x oc the 72nd annual hunger games - as brutal as it gets. a tundra made to rob tributes of any humanity. what can they do to revolt? not an actual ship fic until the time skip to the revolution in this au ! because the oc is a minor during her games, there isn't any true romance going on until she is an adult. this isn't to say that there isn't any sort of relationship between finnick and the oc, but they aren't established until years later.
