Keith is tired of fighting. After meeting his mother he doesn't know what to think or do anymore. He just wants to go back to the team, to his friends and not feel like a fifth wheel like he has for a few months now. But coming back isn't that easy, all the lions have their paladins. Lotor is with them, and Shiro... Shiro doesn't look like himself. The only one who doesn't seem to care is Lance. Lancey Lance, the stubborn smiley boy who has done something weird to the half-Galra. What will he do with those new feelings.

After finally getting to a point in his life that he feels comfortable with himself, Lance applies to the university of Altea where he finds not only a new beginning but some old friends along the way. Keith Kogane has seen a lot of things in his life. But one thing he didn't plan on seeing was Lance McClain. He was 22 when he was claimed to be dead, and the only way to save his life was to bite him and inject vampire venom into his bloodstream. When he turned, Keith lost his feelings. He didn't care. After all, what was the fun of feeling bad for something when you're "soul" was damned anyways? Keith finds himself in an apartment building with the infamous Lance McClain, who works at his favorite coffee shop, Balmera Cafe. He learns that maybe feeling things isn't so bad, when Lance gets close to him. But after all, who could love a vampire? (Haha so, I really hope you guys check this story out, and keep up with the updates because I'm pretty proud of it, but there will definitely be sporadic updates. Just a warning.) Well, it's Klance. It's also my first successful fanfic (and by that I mean I had motivation throughout), so if it sucks, please tell me nicely (and give me tips if you have any). Positive feedback is also appreciated greatly! My friend helped me come up with it, and she demanded credit, even though I'm the real author who turned our joke into reality.

Wouldn't it be funny if we could see a world where Altea didn't lose?

I literally only made this because I was craving for a Pidge x reader, and to my surprise, a lot of people aren't comfortable with writing about gay couples or stuff like that, so I decided "Hey, why not my own book where I am completely accepting of all and every ships and character?" And here we are. Here's the book. I highly doubt I will have much problems with requests considering there is very little things I'm not comfortable with writing about. "BuT sKylA, YoU hAvEnT UpDaTeD A ReaL bOoK iN fOrEvEr. HoW dO We KnoW YoUll Do ThAt now?" (Sorry if that gave you a headache) well, yes, I am slow with updates and probably not the best with keeping with expectations of the chapter, but I also made this to test my limits. To see if I focus on one book if it's focused on only one fandom. I have a bad habit of putting too much on my plate. So enough with my rambling and get to what you're here for! A high school/ modern AU. Keith life has been awful so far. Shiro, Matt, and Sam are all pharmaceutical scientist that all work together. They went to Harvard University and found a cure for cancer. All three separately go around the country as guest speakers for events and schools. One day, Shiro happens to be a guest at Keith's school. Meeting Shiro was a turning point in Keith's life that only led to more turning points. With the path Keith is heading down, he runs into a certain blue-eyed Cuban boy.

Nobody knew that Lance was sick until Shiro noticed him. (I might change the summary so endure this for now)
