Hunter, The Golden Guard, Belos' right-hand man, was simply asked to do a simple assignment. To disguise himself as his insecure teenage boy self under his Golden Guard mask and enroll in Hexside to get closer enough to the human to trap her and the people that get in the way. I got this idea from the song Heather by Conan Gray. This is an AU where Hunter was adopted by Eda and Raine when he was 7, he lived with his abusive uncle before that. Luz is their adopted daughter and she's half witch half human. King is the same like on the show. Edric and Hunter met when they were 8 and became best friends, and they have feelings for each other but they don't realise it. Edric thinks Hunter likes Willow and is jealous of her. Hunter likes Edric but is too scared to tell him. He's also very confused about himself. Edric doesn't use the concealment stone to hide his glasses, he uses it for hair, acne and stuff. He's also trans They're all the same age as the show. I obviously don't own the characters. Cover art is not mine, and neither it the art in the chapters.

Hunter still as the golden guard as he meets Edric for the first time when Hexside has a field trip. Then years later he runs away when he finds out when his "Uncle" is a person he thought he was. Then he couldn't think of a place, so he lives at Hexside school to stay. Then he wants to find out who he really is. With his friends on the side, they will help find who he is. Also, he has a little crush on a green hair boy name Edric that also kind of likes him back.

After a somewhat successful mission at Eclipse Lake, Hunter runs into one of the Blight twins by accident. And after many other encounters and kidnappings, they start to become friends. As their friendship grows, so does something else. [It's the same as the first version plot wise, but obviously different because of the writing style and small changes.]
