Stumbling upon The Golden Guard hadn't exactly been on Edric's list of top ten things likely to happen while taking a walk in the woods. It certainly wasn't a bad thing though. After getting stood up, Edric was at an all time low with his romantic endeavors. After hollow mind hunter stays at the owl house. He enrolls in Hexide and on his first day he is met with a green haired boy his age. (This stories plot will be inspired by Heartstopper so there will be some similarities!)

I got this idea from the song Heather by Conan Gray. This is an AU where Hunter was adopted by Eda and Raine when he was 7, he lived with his abusive uncle before that. Luz is their adopted daughter and she's half witch half human. King is the same like on the show. Edric and Hunter met when they were 8 and became best friends, and they have feelings for each other but they don't realise it. Edric thinks Hunter likes Willow and is jealous of her. Hunter likes Edric but is too scared to tell him. He's also very confused about himself. Edric doesn't use the concealment stone to hide his glasses, he uses it for hair, acne and stuff. He's also trans They're all the same age as the show. I obviously don't own the characters. Cover art is not mine, and neither it the art in the chapters.
