"Do you think that we'll ever get back to them?" Luz asks, looking back up into Amity's golden eyes. Amity looks back out at the sunset, biting her bottom lip in thought. "If I'm being honest luz, I have no clue. There's no Titans blood here to make a working portal, and we have no idea if there is any other way to make a portal back to the demon realm." Luz groans, then lays down, with her head on Amity's lap. Amity looks down at Luz, and smiles. "But I do know, we are stronger-" She grabs Luz's hand and intertwines their fingers. "Together."

While under the feeling of immense guilt, Luz decides to lead her friends to her house, where they stay under the care of Luz's mom Camila, and Vee, the basilisk that Luz met a while back. Adjusting to life in the human realm while trying to find your way back home won't be easy, but Luz and her friends are determined to give it a try.
