Money gets changed. America is at war with China, now the biggest economy in the world. A national draft has been issued. Natural disasters are habitual phenomenons. For Declare, these changes inadvertently result in tragedy. Now, as a refugee from her flooded home, Declare fights to find the rest of her loved ones and more importantly, fights to endeavor through an ever changing society that may just be coming to an end.

No scientist could figure out what has been happening over the past few days. But what happens when Griffin and Evelyn cross paths?
