He, being the coward he was, decided homeschooling was the way to go, avoiding public humiliation. Sounds cliche, I know, but the secret they discover together is very shocking..................... He is her brother. And she has other siblings that are out to get her and Eric. Apparently, her birth family is also wind spirit royalty. Oh, and I think it is needed that I add that she also has powers and a ring that is the cause of the whole ruckus. What is a girl gonna do?
