This is my sequel to You're my safe haven and part two of my Malec Safe Haven Movie series. Alec and Magnus are happily back together but their peace is ruined when Jonathan comes back. Meanwhile Meliorn causes trouble for Jace and Simon and isn't the only ex out to cause chaos.

Simon's life completely changes when his abusive ex-girlfriend Camille sends him the Intersect. Simon struggles to deal with his past, but finds hope when he and Jace fall for each other. Simon and Jace start a relationship, but when Simon discovers that Jace was lying about who he is and is actually a spy after the intersect Simon's life is in danger. Simon joins CIA and NSA agents Jace, Izzy, Raphael and Alec for protection and to help them with missions. Meanwhile Alec has to deal with nearly everyone believing he is a traitor even though he is innocent, causing them to treat him terribly. However Simon believes Alec is innocent and is determined to prove it.

But in their last year of high school Jonathan goes missing and is found murdered leaving the group devastated. When Alec is blamed for Jonathan's murder and almost sent to prison because of it, the group vow to find out who really killed Jonathan to save Alec from those still determined to pin the blame on him and to gain justice for Jonathan.

Alec and Magnus finally have there first date after Alec's and Lydia's failed wedding, but will it all be ruined when Jace decides to confess how he truly feels about Alec... Who will Alec choose? Magnus; the man who showed him that it was alright to be himself, or Jace; his brother and Parabatai.

Jace and Clary are out shopping when they see Magnus kissing another man. Furious they confront him but Magnus wants them to keep it a secret from Alec. What will they do?

"Alexander," Magnus interrupted his rambling, "I don't care for the institutes money." "Oh," the boy paused, "then, ah, what-what do you want?" Alec suddenly felt uncomfortable and the stutter in his voice reflected that. Magnus took a long sip of his coffee, that smirk still playing on his lips. Alec felt like the prey that Magnus was stalking before making his move. "You." Magnus and Alec have been through a lot, but will what seems like a curse tear them apart?

Alec and Magnus are trying again, and Magnus is determined to earn back Alec's trust while Alec is learning to trust Magnus again. Asmodeus wants to try and redeem himself and repair his relationship with Magnus. Lilith is determined to help Lorenzo escape so she can help Jonathan win with Lorenzo's powers. While Lorenzo wants Alec back and is desperate enough to accept Lilith's deal to get Alec back.

Alec has been with Magnus for a year and is wrestling with weather to tell Magnus what he is. But the decision is made for him in a hostage situation and Magnus sees Alec heal himself. Will Magnus keep Alec's secret or will he expose him? Jace has been flirting and making moves on Simon for a long time. But Simon is too afraid of Jace finding out what he is and rejects him every time. However Jace is determined and won't give up.

When Magnus gets magic from Lorenzo he is delighted and starts to feel whole again. Magnus uses it constantly. But using the magic so much is taking a toll on his health. Alec fears that if Magnus gets too carried away he could be seriously hurt. When Alec asks Magnus to stop using magic they get into a big fight. And they keep fighting as Magnus is too addicted to the magic. Magnus uses magic to make Alec forget they were fighting. But when Alec accidentally finds out Magnus did this he is devastated that Magnus would use his magic against him. This is based on a Willow and Tara storyline from Buffy the Vampire Slayer but unlike the original this has a happy ending.

Usually Alec Lightwood is good at dealing with things without the extra support but when he almost gets hurt and taken by a new kind of demon: he can't. In normal Alec fashion, he tries to help himself but when he has too many nightmares and realises he can't, he turns to his boyfriend, warlock Magnus Bane, for help. Magnus will do anything to protect his omega so goes on the run with Alec. But being on the run is harder than he thought it would be and it puts a strain on their relationship.
