Izuku Midoriya or better known as Deku has always wanted to be a hero, a dream he's had since he first saw All Mights debut. Being quirkless made being a hero seem impossible to be anything but a dream. But now he has One for All, he's in his dream school UA, and Deku even has friends. His friends are starting to question his past though. Izuku never talks about his childhood or his father and the fact he still calls Bakugo a friend even though they've seen him do nothing but belittle and hurt Deku. Izuku Midoriya has the quirk that gives him the power of a bear, the speed and stamina of a cheetah, the reaction time of a fruit fly and a couple others which I can't be bothered writing like camo and sticking to walls (basic survival shit) however he cannot control this quirk. One op part of his quirk is that he has the life span of the immortal jellyfish (when injured it reverts to a young, still mature age) I don't own any of the images or My Hero Academia.

Midoriya reached out with his right arm, small fingers gripping on the rock above him as he hoisted himself up. He struggled to find his footing, the sweat on his body blurring his eyesight and making his hands slip. And suddenly he was falling. A gasp escaped his mouth as he yelped in shock, cutting through the air quickly. Izuku opened his eyes. "Kacchan!" he screamed, catching the older boy's shocked face before everything went black. Bakudeku Oneshot!

(I'm not all great with descriptions so please bare with me aha) He stood upon the ledge, finally letting the tears flow freely from his eyes, letting the voices in his head push down even further than before "They'll all be happy, won't they..?" (Also this is a ghost Deku AU, it might not start at the very beginning, but it will get there so I hope you enjoy!)

Izuku Midoriya is sick, but chooses to ignore his symptoms. As the day moved forward his condition gets worse. Throughout the story, Deku gets dragged into troubling situations, and is forced to make a few bad decisions along the way. Disclaimer: I don't own mha or any of the characters. Selfishly a part of him wishes that on that fateful day that he and Midoriya had met, that it'd never happened. It's a harsh conclusion, a jarring one even. But that doesn't make it any less true, doesn't have him repealing it. His wish is not because he regrets meeting the kid, no, never that. It's simply because if they had never met, it'd change this whole course of trajectory. It'd mean that Midoriya wouldn't be here in front of him. That Midoriya wouldn't have gotten all hurt because of him. And another thing flickers in his mind, Shōta thought he'd saved Midoriya the day he met the boy. That he'd rekindled a bit of that spark in Midoriya's eyes. And he realizes now - - that he'd never saved Midoriya at all.

Life was just meaningless for him. Though there was one thing preventing him from taking his own life and that was his mother. Time passed and he meet All Might and thought to himself that everything would be fine now. After all he just got a quirk and he could be the hero he ever wanted to be. How wrong he was. Even after gaining a quirk the emptiness and loneliness he felt didn't go away... Now was his chance to ask for help! Interning at Hawks agency sounded more like a dream then reality and he knew that it was too good to be true... "Why did he choose me?! What motive did he had? I am just useless after all..."
