Access to light, clean bedding, or a warm meal was considered a privilege within the structures of Hydra. A glimpse of these comforts could only be granted to a soldier who followed orders. Peter was not one of them. With his thin limbs, the malnourished twelve-year-old was on the brink of death from exhaustion and starvation. It seemed that his days were numbered, and he himself longed for death. At least, that's what he believed-until a threat from the outside emerged, the one his superiors had warned him about: the Avengers. Yet for some unclear reason, this group wanted to save him. Especially Tony Stark, the Merchant of Death, saw something in him that Peter himself could not see. For reasons unknown to Peter, Stark wanted to take care of him and show him that the world still had much to offer.

Peter didn't really think that the Sokovia Accords applied to him. Apparently, he was wrong. (Please read the first two books of the series: Lacuna and Hysteria) Peter Parker's life has been hard. And now, with police on his tail and a life he can't rebuild, it's only getting harder. He's on the run, nowhere to live and a new villain on his tail. Sure, he has allies, but his enemies are multiplying faster than a Catholic rabbit. Eunoia seems so far away.

Peter Parker has had a rough life. His parents died when he was 6 years old, his uncle died in his arms when he was at the age of 14, and then his aunt became negligent and verbally abusive (sorry! I don't hate her, I promise!) after his uncle's death. And that's just what he remembers (he has scars and he doesn't know why, when, where, or even a vague who). Not to mention he's Spiderman. He just wants a family. A home. Tony Stark lost his son, Peter James Stark, when he was only 2 years old. He was stolen from him at the park. He's been through a lot of betrayals and abandonment. He just wants a family. People he can rely on. Sure, he has Pepper, Rhodey, and Happy. But there's always been something missing since his son was taken. A hole that could never be filled. Getting all A's in the Stark household used to be a requirement, something exspected of a young Tony, genius kid prodigy. It was always brushed off, made to further elevate Howard's immaculate reputation. Now, however, it was a cause for celebration, one where Peter, Tony and Happy would go out to dinner and stuff their faces with as much spaghetti as they could. At fifteen Peter Parker took on the mantel of Spiderman. Three years later, after a tragedy in the superhero community, the hastily passed Superhero Registration Act leads to a bitter divide in the public and the Avenger's premature breakup. The New Avengers, led by Tony Stark, work under SHIELD. Their sole task is the capturing of rogue heroes refusing to sign the register. An unfortunate group Peter is now a part of. When their eyes eventually turn to the web-slinging hero it threatens to dismantle the vigilante lifestyle he's made for himself. Meanwhile, as civil tensions rise politicians are pushing for the passing of the Mutant Registration Act. A political move that would push the mutant rights group, The Rogue Marauders, further away from the right side of the law. Candace joined the marauders when she developed her powers as an adolescent. Years later when the underground group finds itself hunted by the New Avengers she finds herself on a dangerous path that's heading for a collision with Captain America's resistance group and a certain web slinging hero.

Peter Parker's a Little. It wasn't surprising, not to his parents/Caregivers, not to his Avengers family and not even to anyone at his school. He's fine with it, he enjoys allowing others to care for him, to make sure he's happy and safe and had settled into his routine rather nicely. During a day when he feels like he *has* to go to school, Peter fights hard against his Little regression, knowing that a slip-up will ruin the only chance that, he feels, he has at doing well on a very important test. Too bad his instincts can't be held back, not when he hurts himself and when all he wants is Tony.

Post Homecoming: Everything is going well for Peter Parker our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. He's got friends, good grades and a real internship with Tony Stark ! But it couldn't last... What happens when a evil supposedly dead World War 2 organization starts targeting Mutants and enhanced ? Will they go after him ? Can he escape them ? He might also make new allies along the way .....

Peter was left to live on the streets. But after he meets The tony stark in and gets and internship with him, what will happen when the boys get close and Tony notices that he is homeless? Also, peter is a bedwetter I am not English so it wont be perfectly writtrn

Peter has a knack for getting into trouble and Tony has a knack for saving him when he does. I don't own anything.

Peter gets hurt on patrol and still goes to school the next day; Tony Stark comes to get his kid when things don't go as planned.

An Iron Man-themed Spirt Day at school sounds amazing to Peter in practice. Getting to spend the day talking about his hero? His father-figure? Nothing could beat that. When that day actually arrives, however, it brings with it some memories that the spidering would like, above anything, to forget.

All Peter and Tony had to do was cross the mountains. That's it. Just climb a few hills and get to the annual Stark Convention. Tony wanted to try something different, a father-son trip as opposed to just taking the boring old private jet. Maybe stop at a cabin on the way back, taking a little family vacation. They didn't count on the snow, or the wind, or the fact that neither of them have cell service. And they definitely didn't count on the fact that they would be hunted-stalked-as they sit, freezing and shaking, on the side of the road.
