They named the first daughter Zelda, hoping the Goddess Hylia would answer their prayers and keep the tradition of her unlocked the sacred power to seal Calamity Ganon. The second daughter, (Y/n), was hidden from the public eye at the request of the King. Zelda spent almost her whole life with government studies and prayer being stuffed into her face, her personal passions being frowned upon. (Y/n), on the other hand, had no duties to fulfill and instead studied alongside her sister, became a knight, and made a certain special friend. Despite having a place among those she's closest to, she still feels confused, as if something in her life quite hasn't clicked into place yet... ...that is, until her entire world crumbles whenever she realizes that her true purpose is that of which her sister had been promised her entire life. Through the clouds, the stream of time, shadows of twilight, and chaos of the wild, Hyrule's hero has always courageously faced evil armed with his signature sword that seals darkness. While anyone could vouch that the sword in question is special, they often forget its bittersweet origin which began with a talented smith's daughter and her desire to keep the man she loved safe in the hands of Demise.

As Link learns about his quest to defeat the calamity, free the champions, and save princess Zelda; He meets a gerudo-hylian bounty hunter; named Marluxia, who convinces him she will aid him on his quest. Marluxia is a humorous and upbeat young woman whose cheerful and non-serious attitude is a somewhat rare sight at times, something which frustrates most people who meet her. With Links new companion; he is sure to save Zelda and Hyrule from the calamity, but what horrors will Ganon produce? Will Ganon come sooner than later after he is defeat once more? Is Calamity Ganon even the true threat? Or does something much darker lie underneath the kingdom of Hyrule?

this is all pre-time skip btw!! (Y/N) was your typical commoner in Hyrule, serving the king without question. All the girls she passed in the streets would giggle and fangirl over the yellowed posters that hung on the kingdom walls, having only eyes for the Zelda's royal knight, Link. But someone else always caught (Y/N)'s attention. Princess Zelda's blue eyes beamed into (Y/N)'s from the fragile posters. And that was when she knew she was in love. Of course, that would never happen. But Goddess Hylia seemed to have other plans. One day, running errands for the bakery she worked for, (Y/N) ran into Zelda. She frantically requested for (Y/N)'s help with something you couldn't quite catch. Desperate to get some attention from the beautiful princess, you agree, flustered. Only just before her seventeeth birthday, do you realize you were helping Zelda defeat Calamity Ganon. Will you be successful? Or will Calamity Ganon shatter your peaceful illusion of Hyrule's calm. A year has passed since the fall of the Calamity Ganon. Things are reliving in the kingdom. Zelda thought that things would have returned to normal between her and Link, but Hyrule's hero seems to carry a burden in these peaceful times. The princess wonders if she is the one causing him to be so distant and silent once again...

Nintendo high isn't your typical average highschool. It's a HUGE highschool full of Nintendo characters with powers . Time schedules, food, people, ways are different than your typical highschool. it's a highschool full of drama, romance , fights , betrayal , and all that highschool crap. Zelda, a typical girl like you ( if you're a girl ) she had been homeschooled since she was in grade one , but due to being homeschooled her socialization with people starts to go down. She doesn't have any friends due to being homeschooled for so long. Her only friend is probably , Impa her Teacher and her parents , Gaepora and Hylia. Her parents decided to stop homeschooling and just enroll Zelda in a normal highschool so she can just live a normal highschool life and socialize with people and make friends. Will she be able to find new friends? She's totally new to the school , and is she going to be bullied? Going hero by hero, I tell the story, but change it up too to make something a new, bit based on headcanons and ideas. Theyre serious at times but I might add some comedy here and there, mainly from Link's view as he goes through the adventure. The first part, or chapter of this, is my idea though on how the entire "chosen hero" thing started... Of course I own nothing besides any headcanons. Spoilers is the obvious.

"Wait...arms?" he thought as he glanced down at himself noticing the red plumage had disappeared. He laughed thinking that he must be dreaming and shook his head. The man scanned his surroundings unnerved to find it unrecognizable. These trees didn't look like the ones in Faron woods. They were closer together and darker in color. When he turned his gaze to the ground on his right, he was surprised to find his kid laying there. The child he watched grow into the hero he was supposed to be.

It was always her name on his lips.

The triforce of power's golden goddess, Din, had always been the trouble maker. Nayru and Farore would try to call her Antics, but she would puppet the demon too much. To Hylia, all incarnations were puppets of her children. Link, the silent legendary hero. He took on the same determinative courageous silent roles as Farore. Zelda, many say is Hylia herself. But Nayru is her daughter. Nayru looks identical to Hylia. Sometimes, she has an attitude. But, her wisdom overrules that. So, we know the tales of Courage and Wisdom. But little is known about the side switching goddess of Power. But all shall be untold soon enough.

One hundred years have passed since the Calamity was freed. One hundred years since the princess fell. One hundred years since the hero beat back the darkness, driving it into the heart of Hyrule Castle. Now Zelda wakes in the Chamber of Resurrection, and must reclaim her memory while setting right a world that she let go terribly wrong. Link waits for her; she cannot fail again.

The war on the land dwellers was brutal, so much so that the Goddess tore a piece of the Earth containing the remaining peoples and brought them into the sky to launch an attack upon her enemies on the Surface. The carnage was horrific, even as she succeeded in sealing away the root of all evil in the Sealed Grounds. Though the land below had been forgotten by Skyloft's inhabitants due to the cloud barrier barring their vision until all that remained of the War and the Surface were mere myth, many tend to overlook a key factor and influence of the War between humanity and monsters. That very key happens to be another deity who stood by Hylia's side in Godhood, one who fought for the humans and land-dwellers while perceived as member of the very evil they ran from. Though appearing on opposite ends, the Goddesses set their intertwined plans into motion for when destiny would call upon their chosen ones to save their world. And just what led up to the devastating War waged by the Demon King to gain the ultimate power in the land? For better - or for worse - we'll just have to wait and see. . .

The legend of the great goddess Hylia and her chosen champion had been passed down for years. The recollection of the great war that led to the creation of Skyloft, forgotten, and the legend remembered by few. What is not remembered is those that fought alongside the Goddess and her champion. A demon who rejected his master, a Hylain demigod and a gentle sword spirit. Without them the people of Skyloft would not thrive, without their sacrifice all of Hyrule, or what was left of it, would have been plunged into total darkness. This is the forgotten legend, told by the Hylain demigod himself. His story fills in many blanks that those who remembered the great legend could not fill. His story, his life, his love and anguish and his final blessing. Note: This is a fanmade story. I do not own the Legend of Zelda series! This story will follow most canon events however not to total accuracy (for example, I will be using Tetraforce Theory in the story even though it is not canon). It is from the view of an OC insert. If you don't like OC inserts then please do not read. Story will be updated as I come up with the chapters (I will not have a regular updating schedule) and will be completely edited towards the end of writing.
