Dawn Wright has a sleeping disorder called, "Hypersomnia", which means a condition in which a person has trouble staying awake during the day. And sometimes, she accidentally slept while walking on the street, while eating or even on their PE class. But it stopped when she met her best friend, Charlie Damon, the ever so popular captain of the football team, is always there for her. And when Dawn is about to sleep in the middle of the day, he's always there to wake her up.

Idiopathic Hypersomnia is Latin for being super-tired and needing a lot of sleep for no known reason. This chronic illness is my disability. These writings all have to do with this sleeping disorder to spread awareness and show how debilitating something like this can be.

I'm at peace on rainy days when my tears fall with the droplets of the light rain. It feels like the whole world is crying with me. Depression is a major obstacle to overcome, so it often times is easier to focus on the different aspects and symptoms of depression. Recovery is a marathon not a sprint. Many times it is more manageable to take a lot of little steps instead of one big leap. Taking one big leap and fight depression as a whole, may lead to failure and discouragement. Preferably focus on each and every aspect and symptom of depression. That way the root causes of the depression can be discovered and healed. In this book I will go through each and every aspect of my depression and many more. Everything in this book I got from licensed therapists, extensive medial research and my own experience.
