Hyperventilation Stories

ok so I haven't written a story in 2-3 years so- it might be a little.. well terrible, but I couldn't find a Lams story with all the aspects I wanted so I decided to make one!....yeah.. uh- any who for all the angst lovers such as myself i have a bad ending and for all those people who for some weird reason want a good ending there'll be that.. And don't be afraid to give constructive criticism or just criticism in general lol.. enjoy!

This book consist of poems involving some experiences of person who has depression, anxiety disorder, panic attacks and other mental disorders. We made this book to express our thoughts and to raise awareness. Some of the poems are real life experiences and some are advises and encouragements. Some books were written in Filipino and English.
