One day he visits a smoke shop on 54th & Western with a surprise waiting on him inside. He also meets a beautiful, not so washed up, girl in the shop. Her name is Bailo. Bailo's not like these other LA rats, she's very pretty and intelligent with lots of street smart. Will the two keep everything friendly or will it go somewhere to the extreme ?
