Hypocritical Stories

Bartholomew Landers, a seemingly normal eighteen year old boy living in the oblivious underworld city of Infernum is discovered to be Tenebrae - a sub race of people who can manipulate the elements and have superhuman powers that strike fear into the hearts of people, he is thrown away into the depths of Excillon, where meets the other Tenebrae and plot to get out. Meanwhile his long lost immortal ancestor seeks Bart's power for his own devices.

Charlie Decker was always considered a stereotype: he was athletic, smart enough, and extremely and utterly gorgeous. The apple of all the girls' eyes. He didn't understand, however, why he must be a stereotype. He enjoyed playing sports, but he really didn't understand the ones other than Cross Country (football wasn't the school's major sport). He was smart enough, which made him normal; not everyone can be especially smart or hebetudinous. And the gorgeous part? Don't get him started; he doesn't know how it happened. It just sort of did. With this newfound confidence, Charlie explores the world of masculinity with his fellow friends that are girls and boys mixed together. He wants to find out whether or not it is suitable for him. And boy, oh boy, does he find it uncomfortable.

When Enrique finds themself in an abandoned mental hospital, they find a fortune cookie saying "Go to the tattoo parlour across this hospital". They follow this with no deeper intention than having a bit of fun. But when Enrique finds yet another fortune cookie there, they start to pursue this treasure hunt that ends up showing them a harsh truth. Meeting with people whom they ignored the existence of, Enrique uncovers a ridiculous world that makes no sense in their eyes. This world is more than it seems. Behind each mask is a figure that has always been there. How have we never noticed? Have we been living lies our whole lives? Are we all crazy?

And neither are you.

I'm a hypocrite in several of these rants so I changed the title from "Cliches of Wattpad" to "A Hypocrite's Guide to Not Sounding Hypocritical" because I am and always will be a hypocrite. So yeah. Rants. Literally all that this is. Rants about the stupidest cliches I have seen and or heard of.

In the small town of Winter Peak, things are harsher than they seem. Margo Travers is the girl with the broken heart, Hayley Birch is the girl that ran away, Jess Colton is an example of the people your parents warn you about, and Oliver Winchester is torn between the phrase 'fight or flight'. When you are faced with a slap to the face by reality, how would you react? When life is harsh to you, would you just give up? However if the rewards are the best thing you can ever dream about, is it worth it? Will your feather finally be caught? Misfits in a dangerous world do the one thing they can do. To decide between falling or fighting for what is right.

WIP Racism, xenophobia, and sexism have run rampant in the world for many years, but finally the campaign for equality has almost succeeded. But what does that mean? What does success really look like? Do not read if you get offended easily.
