They named the first daughter Zelda, hoping the Goddess Hylia would answer their prayers and keep the tradition of her unlocked the sacred power to seal Calamity Ganon. The second daughter, (Y/n), was hidden from the public eye at the request of the King. Zelda spent almost her whole life with government studies and prayer being stuffed into her face, her personal passions being frowned upon. (Y/n), on the other hand, had no duties to fulfill and instead studied alongside her sister, became a knight, and made a certain special friend. Despite having a place among those she's closest to, she still feels confused, as if something in her life quite hasn't clicked into place yet... ...that is, until her entire world crumbles whenever she realizes that her true purpose is that of which her sister had been promised her entire life. It has been 100 years since the Great Calamity befell the land of Hyrule, leaving the once prosperous kingdom in ruin. After a century of slumber, Link wakes up alone with no memory of who he is. The voice of the long lost Princess Zelda calls to him, telling him to save her kingdom. With nothing but his courage and his name, he takes on the responsibility to put it back on track. But as his memories begin to creep to the surface, he soon finds not all is as simple as he once thought. Will he be able to cut himself off from his feelings to complete his quest? 5 years after Calamity struck, possessed guardians run rampant throughout Hyrule. The remaining forces of soldiers are spread thin, barely fending off the ever growing army of monsters and guardians. Akkala Citadel is the last place where Hylian soldiers stand their ground, But their defenses are dwindling and Impa fears a large scale attack coming up after observing countless guardians emerging and closing in on Akkala. So she calls for reinforcements, a battalion defending Fort Hateno and a Sheikah warrior named The Guardian Slayer. Will they be able to save Akkala and turn the tide of the Calamity?
